How is an order made, and how do I get home care products delivered?

• 2: Your order is transmitted to the institute and is taken care of by the beauticians within an average of 2 hours, according to our appointments.

• 3: Your package is prepared by your beautician who, depending on the time, can go directly to theship by Colissimo  by dropping it off at the post office.  Or the next day when it opens.

• 4: Your beautician confirms the dispatch of your package and sends you your Colissimo package tracking code by e-mail, to the address you provided when placing your order.

You can check the colissimo parcel tracking page  to be informed of the routing steps until the

delivery of your package to the address you have indicated.

• 5: Your package is delivered to your home! Satisfied with your order? Do not hesitate to leave us an opinion

If we notice a shortage of stock or if one of your products is not available for any other reason: we will quickly keep you informed of the deadlines by email or we will offer you several possible arrangements. (proposal of replacement with one or more products of equivalent value or a refund).
